The Judging Process

A transparent and rigorous approach to selecting award recipients

1

Nomination Submission

The process begins with the submission of nominations through our online platform. Nominations can be submitted by individuals or organizations and must include comprehensive information about the nominee's achievements, impact, and supporting evidence.

2

Initial Screening

Our secretariat conducts an initial review of all nominations to ensure they meet the basic eligibility requirements and contain sufficient information for evaluation. Incomplete nominations may be returned for additional information.

3

Due Diligence

The secretariat conducts fact-checking and verification of the information provided in the nominations. This may include reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and consulting independent sources to confirm achievements and impact.

4

Category Committee Review

Nominations are evaluated by category-specific committees composed of experts in the relevant field. Each committee reviews nominations against the core and category-specific criteria, scoring them on a standardized evaluation framework.

5

Shortlisting

Based on the committee evaluations, a shortlist of finalists is created for each category. These finalists represent the nominations that received the highest scores and demonstrated the most compelling achievements.

6

Grand Jury Deliberation

The shortlisted nominations are presented to our Grand Jury, composed of distinguished leaders from various sectors. The jury reviews the committee evaluations, conducts additional assessment if needed, and engages in thorough deliberation to select the winners.

7

Winner Selection

The Grand Jury makes the final selection of winners based on consensus or majority vote. In cases where no nomination meets the high standards required, the jury may decide not to present an award in a particular category.

8
