Answers to common questions about tickets and the ceremony
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Physical tickets can be collected from our office at 123 Independence Avenue, Accra, or we can arrange to have them delivered to you. E-tickets will be emailed to you within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Yes, the dress code for the Ghana International Awards ceremony is Black Tie or Traditional Formal Attire. This means tuxedos or formal suits for men, and evening gowns or formal traditional attire for women.
Doors open at 5:30 PM for general admission. VIP reception begins at 5:00 PM for Premium and VIP ticket holders. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts at 6:00 PM to allow time for check-in and seating.
Yes, complimentary parking is available at the National Cathedral. Valet parking is also available for VIP ticket holders. Additional parking information will be included in your ticket confirmation email.
We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and cash payments at our office. For corporate tables, we can also arrange for invoice payment. Detailed payment instructions will be provided when you place your ticket order.
Due to the popularity of the event and the need to confirm catering numbers in advance, tickets must be purchased at least 7 days before the ceremony. We cannot guarantee ticket availability at the door.
