Welcome to the Ghana International Awards website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in our awards program. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services.

By accessing or using the Ghana International Awards website ("Site") or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Site or use any services.

4. Nomination and Voting Process

4.1 Nomination Submissions

By submitting a nomination, you:

• Warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete
• Confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the nominee
• Grant us the right to use the nomination information for awards-related purposes
• Agree to comply with all nomination guidelines and deadlines

4.2 Voting

When participating in voting:

• You may only vote once per category unless otherwise specified
• You must not use automated means to submit votes
• We reserve the right to disqualify votes that we believe are fraudulent or violate these Terms
• The final decision on all awards rests with the judging panel

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ghana International Awards and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 Your Use of Our Content

You may not:

• Modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part
• Use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent

5.3 User-Generated Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or services to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

In no event shall Ghana International Awards, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ghana International Awards, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site and services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in Accra, Ghana.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghana International Awards regarding our Site and services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
